Our postcards are printed on a magical 100lb card stock called “Stipple”. It’s made right here in the USA by Neenah Paper in Wisconsin. It features a fine pebble-like finish with allows the images to “pop” off the page with brilliance and radiant colors.
But as dazzling as our paper is, it can be maddening to write on when using the wrong pen.
We have great success writing on our postcards using either of the following two pens:
Bic Round Stic Medium pen
Sharpie Ultra Fine Point permanent marker
Customers have also reported great results using fountain pens. However, we have found that gel pens tend to smear, and other ballpoint pens like to skip—so they should be avoided.
We trust your postcard-writing experience will be even more enjoyable when writing with either of these two pens. Enjoy!
